FREE Field Lacrosse for Girls Ages 10+ Girls’ lacrosse is in the Valley! If you’ve always been interested in lacrosse, here’s your chance to test out the fastest game on two feet! Our instructor is a World Cup Player who is fresh off her successful season of coaching the Cowichan Valley’s first girls’ box lacrosse team. Participants will be introduced to the basics of field lacrosse including cradling, passing, catching and scooping. You don’t need any equipment, just show up and be ready to have some fun. Come check out this free program!
