Addendum 1, February 4, 2020 - This Addendum modifies Appendix D, provides a Question and Answer document, updates Appendix C - Pricing Form, Appendix F and G - Existing Site Conditions and adds Appendix H - Galland Park - Existing Site Conditions and Site location.

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to design/build playgrounds at Tom Bannister Park and Youbou Little League Park as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) Parks and Trails Division invites design/build proposals in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this RFP, for a play structure and associated play components for two sites. Tom Bannister Park located at 4540 Hurtin Road off Cherry Point Road in Cowichan Bay, and Youbou Little League Park located in the 8400 block of Bremner Road in Youbou, Electoral Area I.
