This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the "CVRD") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Kerry Park Recreation Centre Electric Ice Resurfacer, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The CVRD is seeking submissions for the supply of one (1) electric ice resurfacer and directly related materials to replace the existing propane powered Zamboni 520. Trade-in of the existing Zamboni 520 may be considered.
